How does our reporting system work?
Users will have access to a guided questionnaire in order to facilitate the reporting of an incident.
The questions will range from time and location, to details of the actions, to how it made the victim feel.
If a user has a hard time completing the report, they can save and come back at a later time.
Once completed, the user can then finally decide whether they would like to instantly submit the report to the responsible within their company or simply log the incident.
Metta Space does not want to force individuals into reporting incidents, which is why we will allow them to set up a "diary" where they can log any occurrence until they feel comfortable coming forward.
Once they feel secure in filing an official report, having all the details of the incidents in one place will allow for better overview of what happened.
Throughout the entire reporting process, our users will always have access to our support system.
