Employees can report cases on the go, get answers and insight on a case within minutes and feel in control of their safety through anonymity with full control of what data they share. This way, your employees will be able to identify issues early on with their mobile device and use Metta Space to report them in complete confidentiality. All this in compliance with the EU Whistleblowing Directive.

We give access to the reporting app to anyone –employees, contractors or freelancers working for your company. For the case resolution centre, you can choose which department and people handle the cases. This can be anyone from HR, People, Risk & Compliance, Management or Board Members. It’s really up to you.
Yes. Most employees feel safer submitting their complaint anonymously. Studies show that more than half of all reports are submitted anonymously, and one third of those people will then identify themselves during the investigation. This demonstrates that once trust has been established, people become more comfortable with coming forward once trust has been established.
